Best kept frozen and can last up to 4 months. If toasting, simply take out of the freezer and microwave for 30 – 40 seconds then toast. If not toasting, thaw or microwave for about 30 – 40 seconds then eat as usual. If you toast it, remember Gluten-Free breads need to be toasted longer. Unfrozen they are good for 2 - 4 days in the refrigerator or counter.
